DeAnna Thomas serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for ABC National, where she oversees all facets of HR and payroll. She is driven by a purpose to create a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and respected. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, DeAnna has a proven record of designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives and leading meaningful culture transformation.

Her expertise spans employee relations, policy development, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and evolving workforce needs. DeAnna is deeply passionate about training and developing both employees and leaders, and she continually seeks innovative approaches to foster a culture of continuous learning. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and is certified as a SHRM-SCP and SPHR.

 Ben Brubeck is the Principal and CEO of Government Affairs Solutions, LLC. Prior to joining GA Solutions, Brubeck spent more than 21 years in a variety of roles at the national headquarters of Associated Builders and Contractors. Serving most recently as ABC’s vice-president of regulatory, labor and state affairs, Brubeck represented ABC before federal, state, and local lawmakers, regulators, the media, construction industry executives, and industry stakeholders.  

Brubeck educates internal and external stakeholders and shapes policy on local, state, and federal issues important to the construction industry, with expertise across a portfolio of issues related to labor and employment, infrastructure, public-private partnerships, procurement, federal contractor regulations, small business, clean energy tax credits, CHIPS Act funding, OSHA, immigration, project labor agreements, prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and workforce development. 

Andrew W. Gregg is a real estate and land use attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman, representing developers, institutional clients, landowners, and data center operators across Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. His practice covers the full entitlement and zoning lifecycle (including rezonings, special exceptions, proffer amendments, and site-plan approvals) as well as complex real estate transactions involving PSAs, easements, due diligence, and title matters. Andrew advises multiple data center stakeholders on large assemblages and performance-agreement structures, and he serves on BKK’s AI Committee, leading the integration of advanced legal-tech and generative-AI workflows into land use and transactional practice. He regularly appears before planning commissions, boards of supervisors, and municipal staff in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, Vienna, Leesburg, and other jurisdictions.

Jonathan Mosebach is the Safety Director at LR Willson & Sons, Inc., where he has built a reputation as a steady, effective leader in construction safety management. Over his 17-year tenure with the company, including 14 years in the Safety Director role, Jonathan has led the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs that protect workers, strengthen company culture, and support operational excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in the safety field throughout the Baltimore and Metro Washington, DC regions, he brings a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and field-level safety challenges. Jonathan is known for his hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to fostering environments where teams not only meet safety expectations but exceed them.

His work reflects a long-standing dedication to keeping people safe, supporting professional craftsmanship, and elevating safety standards across the industry.

 Gene Cobb, CHST, Director of Safety at ABC Greater Baltimore is a seasoned Safety Professional with over two decades of experience spanning laboratory, general industry, and construction environments. Beginning a career in laboratory safety as a civilian with the US Navy, he built a strong technical foundation in hazard recognition, chemical safety, and regulatory compliance before expanding into broader workplace safety leadership with Diversified Safety. As an Authorized OSHA Trainer teaching OSHA 10 & 30 (General Industry and Construction), he has passed on lessons to thousands of students in not just multiple work environments but also educational environments such as ABC Greater Baltimore, Johns Hopkins & Baltimore City Schools, . Gene also trains the workforce in Heavy Equipment, EM385, MEWP, First Aid/CPR & also teaches various other safety and compliance subjects, delivering clear, practical instruction tailored to diverse workforces. Gene is known for his unique style of teaching which includes humor and a collaborative approach and a strong commitment to building and sustaining effective safety cultures.
