For more than 40 years, Marc has represented employers exclusively in all areas of labor and employment law. He advises union and non-union companies across the country, with a strong focus on construction employers facing issues involving unions, organizing activity, picketing and prevailing wage. Marc has deep experience with traditional labor matters, guiding employers through union elections and handling hundreds of cases before the National Labor Relations Board. He regularly negotiates collective bargaining agreements, manages grievances and arbitrations and assists clients during work stoppages. Additionally, Marc defends employers in employment litigation and provides day-to-day counseling on hiring, firing, workplace investigations, policies, drug testing and leave laws. He is a frequent speaker on labor and employment topics.

 Carlos Zuluaga is a Virtual Design and Construction Manager and civil engineer with a passion for innovation in the construction industry. He has worked across multiple phases of the project lifecycle and believes technology, curiosity, and a growth mindset can transform the way teams work. His research has focused on improving construction safety through engaging training and innovative tools, and today he is dedicated to implementing technology that increases transparency, improves communication, and simplifies processes for all project stakeholders. 

Matthew Harraka, CM-BIM, is a Client Advisory & Technology Solutions Leader with over 20 years of experience helping design-build-operate organizations modernize workflows and maximize technology investment. As Practice Manager of Construction at CADD Microsystems/ARKANCE, he has led hundreds of technology implementations utilizing tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam, created new service offerings, and driven measurable ROI for customers through the effective use of structured change management. His dedication to customer outcomes has brought national recognition, including an Autodesk Partner Award for Technical Collaboration. 

A former Regional VDC Manager at CDM Smith, he pioneered enterprise adoption of VDC, UAVs, VR/MR, LiDAR, and reality capture, receiving CDM Smith’s President's Award for Innovation. A frequent public speaker, he has presented at Autodesk University, Trimble Dimensions, and leading universities. He is widely regarded as a trusted advisor who bridges technical depth with business strategy.

  Patrick Scarpati serves as the Director of Construction Technology and Innovation at Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). In this role, he is responsible for delivering construction technology education to ABC members and its 67 chapters, while also conducting research on current and emerging trends in the industry. With over 10 years of experience in construction and a background as a licensed HVAC-R journeyman, Scarpati has successfully led various technology initiatives, ensuring that collaboration and process alignment are central to effective implementation.

She is PMP certified, a trained EOS Integrator, a certified business operations coach, and earned her masters’ degree in management/management information systems.
